About Us
Chef Randal and Harrington's Cuisine
Harrington's Cuisine started by selling desserts and doing a few catering jobs as a part time hobby in 2003. "It all started when my wife's coworker asked me to make something for her and my popularity grew from there. We started our business in Houston, but a few years later, it was time to move back to Austin. We've been back since 2005. When we moved back, HC was still somewhat of a hobby, because business was mainly conducted during holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. After some time, I decided to do this full time...I wanted to share my passion of food and people."
Chef Randal received his culinary training from Texas Culinary Academy (Texas Culinary College) and graduated in 2003. Shortly thereafter, he realized his passion was cooking on a more personal level and sought to attract his own clients. Chef Randal most loves personal interaction with his clients and making them happy. Partnered with his wife, Nikesha, Chef Randal has steadily grown his business and will continue to do. His most popular desserts are his Lousiana Succulant Sweet Potato pie, his decandent German Chocolate Cake, and his cupcakes. This year Chef Randal was featured in the March/April issue of Ujima Magazine and has cooked for people from all walks of life.
At Harrington's Cuisine, our mission is to give the very best personal service to our clients and the create best food you will ever taste. We try to keep it simple, but elegant. Although we are not a restaurant we always want you to want to come back for more and when you are ready, we will add a touch of gourmet to your everyday.
Sincerely,
Chef Randal Harrington and Staff
